Chicken boneless - 300 gms

Corn flour - 2 tsp
All purpose flour - 2tsp
Egg - 1 no
Giner garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Curd - 1 cup
Food color (red) - a pinch
Giner garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaf - 10 leaves
Green chilli - 2 nos
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Oil - for frying

Preparation Method
Clean the chicken and cut them into bite size pieces. Mix all the ingredients for batter and make a smooth batter, add chicken pieces to it and marinate for 20min.
Heat oil in a pan, place the marinated chicken piece by piece into the oil and deep fry in medium flame until the pieces turn golden brown.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a wide pan and add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, curry leaf and fry for 2 min and add curd, food color, half a cup of water and a bit of salt to taste. Cook until the curd boils and add fried chicken pieces and stir. Cook until the water is absorbed and the chicken looks dry. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve as a starter. It goes well as a side dish too.
