Ingredients
Chicken with bone - 1/2kg
Onion diced - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Pepper corns - 7 nos
Curry leaf - 10 leaves
Coriander leaves - 1 strings
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
Extra
Coriander leaves - 2 strings
Curry leaf - 7 leaves

Preparation Method
Heat oil in a pan, add the diced onion, ginger garlic paste and still until golden brown. Now add all the above ingredients, stir well, sprankle a hand full of water allow it to boil, cover and cook in low flame for 15 min. Remove the lid, add the extra greens and fry uncovered for 5 min. Serve hot.
Tips:
I personally prefer chicken with bone compared to boneless chicken. The reason is while cooking the juice in the bones oozes out and add extra flavour to the dish making it irresistible to taste.
