Ingredients
Small Crab - 10 nos
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilli - 2 nos
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaf - 10 leaves
Corriander leaf - a small bunch
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Clove - 4 nos
Fennel seeds - a pinch
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 to 3/4 tsp as req

Preparation Method
Heat oil in a pan. Reduce the flame to low and add cinnamon, clove and fennel seeds, when they turn brown add chopped onions, adjust the flame to medium, stir for 2 min and add ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves and half the bunch of corriander leaf.
Stir for 5 min and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt along with the cleaned crab. Add a cup of water, when it boils cover the pan with lid, reduce the heat to low and let it boil for 15 min.
Open the lid, stir well and serve.
