Ingredients
cauliflower - 1 small flower
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaf - 5 leaves
Asafotida powder - a pinch
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying - 2 cups

Preparation Method
Cut cauliflower into bite size piece and soak them in warm water for 10 min so that the dirt inside the tight corner of the flower will come out. Replace the water, allow to soak for another 5 min and drain.
Add all the ingredients and let it marinate for 10 min.
Now Heat the oil in a pan with wide base. Reduce the heat to medium and fry them in batches. Each batch will take approx 7 min to cook. Remove the fry from pan and place them over a plate laid with kitchen tissue in the bottom, so that it will grab the excess oil.
