Keerai Kadayal

Keerai Kadayal is an important and healthy side dish during lunch. Keerai means Leaves. You can make Keerai kadayal using almost all leaves except Mint leaves, Coriander leaves and Curry leaves as they are used mainly to flavour a dish.

Keerai kadayal is similar to Kootu with a little difference cooking style and taste.
