Chicken Fry

chicken 500 gms
onion - 3
tomato - 1
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
cinamon sticks - 2 piece
clove - 6
cardamom - 1
fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
sambar powder - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 3 tsp
fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves - 4 strings
corriander leaves - 2 strings
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

1. Clean the chicken pieces and keep aside slice the onions thinly, chop the tomatoes finely.
2. Heat oil in pan
3. Add cinamon sticks, clove cardamom, fennel seeds when fennel seeds trun brown add onion when it turn golden add gingergarlic paste when raw smell wears off add tomato when it gets soft and mushy add sambar powder, redchilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, chicken and sal let it cook covered for 20 min
4. Remove lid add curry leaves and fry till desired consistency, add finely chopped corriander leaves and serve hot.
