Patchadi

Patchadi is a simple side dish. They are usually made with Curd. You can refer to Raita for the most common patchadi. There are other varieties of Patchadi which we will see in this page. Mango patchadi is a unique patchadi and a side dish because of its sweet and sour taste. More details will be added as and when we prepare the dishes.
