Vegetables Saute

Vegetables Saute is a simple and healthy dish. With just colored paprikas with or without mushroom, zucchini and potato makes a great dish. You can eat them with bread or rice. If rice, we recommend Japanese rice.

Cut all the vegetables into pieces.
More the vegetables, the better is the taste.

Heat olive oil in a pan.
Place all the vegetables.


In mid flame, let it cook for 15 minutes.
Turn side and let it cook for about 10 minutes.


You can serve Vegetables Saute as such like the below example. This example has vegetables like potato, egg plant and pumpkin too.

Or to go with other dishes like Chicken or Mutton.
For example Vegetable saute served with Mustard chicken.
