Paprika is an imported vegetable and we call it as "color capsicum".
We use Paprika mainly for making fusion food.

In present day, Tamil cuisine, it is used as a combo with green capsicum:


Paprika shredded:
Paprika shredded is used in salad.


Paprika cut:
We use them for making Fusion dishes. For eg: Cut paprika's are used to make Italian veggies or vegetable saute.
