Yogurt Rice
Yogurt Rice is most easiest and quickest form of food. Yogurt rice is also called as "curd rice". In Tamil language it is called "Thayir sadham". "Thayir" means "Yogurt" and "Sadham" means "Rice".
This is the most simple and healthy food.
Yogurt rice or Curd rice is famous among in the country side and among farmers as this is healthy and simple food.
This is also famous among Indians going abroad. The reason being it is difficult for many Indians to adjust to global food culture and particular when they are vegetarians getting veg food globally is a challenge for them.
For many people, curd rice is a must have during meal. Typically, we finish the meal course with curd rice or More Sadham.
There are many variations of making Yogurt rice / Curd rice.
The simplest form of Yogurt rice can be made with Yogurt, steamed rice and optionally salt for taste. Mix them and eat with pickle for side dish (optional).

2. Yogurt rice with dry chilli
3. Yogurt
rice with dry grapes
4. Yogurt rice with mustard seeds bursted in oil
or mixing any combination of
