Chicken deep fry

Chicken deep fry is a simple dish to make.

In Tamil we call it as Kozhi Porichathu.

Clean the chicken pieces in water. Add all the masala powders and ginger-garlic paste from the ingredients section along with curd and let it marinate for about an hour.

Heat oil in a fry pan and start frying the above said chicken pieces. Fry in medium flame for about 10 min on both sides.

You can have this as evening snack or side dish to Sambar, Kuruma or Rasam.
