Egg fry

Egg fry (Muttai varuval) is a simple dish to make for a quick South Indian flavoured side dish.

Boil eggs and remove the shell.

Cut the eggs in half. (You can also cut into 3 or more pieces)

Heat oil in a pan. Put mustard and wait until it splatters.

Now there are two ways to go to next step:
1. You can add the sambar podi and fry it first and then add egg.
or
2. You can add sambar podi after adding egg first and saute for a few min.

Add salt as per your taste.
