Pressure cook for 2 whistles about 10 mins.
Transfer them to a bowl add all the powder listed in ingredients along with salt, mix it up well so that all the pieces get coated thoroughly.

Heat oil in pan spread out the kizhangu through out the pan and cook in medium flame till it gets all brown and crispy.

Fry is ready to be served from a bowl.

Serve in plate. Good as a side dish and it looks like boneless fish fry so the children could eat.
