Taro fry

Taro fry (Seppankizhangu varuval) is a popular side dish. Varuval in Tamil language translates to Fry in English. Taro "Fry" in Tamil language is Seppankizhangu "Varuval".

Clean the Seppankizhangu in running water and pressure cook for 3 whistle, about 15 min in high through medium flame.

Peel off the skin from the cooked kizhangu, dice it up into 0.5cm thick pieces, transfer them to a bowl add all the powder listed in ingredients along with salt, mix it up well so that all the pieces get coated thoroughly.

Heat oil in pan spread out the kizhangu through out the pan and cook in medium flame till it gets all brown and crispy

Transfer it to a bowl and serve hot.
